Thich Nhat Hanh
you touch everything.“

When your body hasn’t responded to the usual approaches…
Sometimes pain, tension, headaches, or other symptoms persist even after you’ve tried the things that were supposed to help. You may feel better for a while, only to have the same symptoms return, or you may sense that something deeper is keeping your body from fully settling.
CranioSacral Therapy offers a different way of approaching these persistent patterns. Rather than forcing change or focusing only on where symptoms appear, the work listens to the body as a whole—including the nervous system, connective tissues, and the patterns that develop in response to stress, injury, and life experience. Through distinctive, light-touch techniques, CST works with restrictions and areas of tension, inviting the body toward greater ease, movement, and balance.
People seek CranioSacral Therapy for many reasons, including chronic pain, headaches, TMJ concerns, concussion-related difficulties, stress, and the lingering effects of trauma. Each session is individualized, allowing the body to respond at its own pace while supporting its inherent capacity for regulation and healing.
This studio welcomes anyone drawn to the quiet intelligence of the body and its innate capacity for healing. Patra’s work is rooted in CranioSacral Therapy and has evolved through years of direct experience, continued study, and intuitive exploration.
Her approach blends refined technical skill with a quality of deep listening that allows each client’s system to guide the work. Rather than imposing a predetermined outcome, Patra follows the body’s subtle communication, creating space for patterns to shift, tension to release, and healing to unfold in its own way.
Each session is an invitation to experience the body differently—with curiosity, awareness, and trust in its inherent wisdom.

Experience Matters. So Does the Quality of Touch.

More about Patra
What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding and protecting the brain and spinal cord. Using a distinctive light touch, the practitioner evaluates subtle patterns of movement, tension, and restriction throughout the body.
Stress, injury, trauma, and long-standing physical patterns can influence how the body holds tension. CranioSacral Therapy works with these restrictions, supporting the body’s ability to release tension, reorganize, and restore greater freedom of movement and balance. Rather than forcing change, the practitioner listens to the body’s responses and facilitates its inherent capacity for self-correction and healing.
Unlike conventional massage, CST does not rely on deep pressure or forceful manipulation. Clients typically remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on a treatment table. Sessions are guided by what the practitioner perceives through skilled touch and by the individual’s responses.
People seek CST for many reasons, including chronic pain, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, concussion-related difficulties, stress, and the effects of trauma. Experiences vary. Some clients notice changes in pain or mobility, while others experience deep relaxation, emotional release, greater body awareness, or shifts that continue to unfold after a session.
