During your first session, please expect to spend 90 minutes with Patra. You will discuss your intake form, how a session works and answer any questions or concerns you may have. You will spend the time allotted working with Patra allowing time to discuss any questions or concerns prior to the end of the session.

After your session, Patra will complete an Assessment Form of what was discovered during your session and what can be done with CST and on your own to help shift those issues.
