Your first CranioSacral Therapy session with Patra is 90 minutes in length. This allows time for conversation, orientation, and a full hands-on session. Together, you’ll review your intake form, discuss what to expect, and address any questions or areas of focus before beginning the work.

Sessions are quiet, restorative, and guided by your body’s natural rhythm. Before the end of your appointment, there will be time to check in and discuss any observations or next steps.

Please arrange care for children or other responsibilities during your appointment time. This session is devoted entirely to you. Allowing yourself a space to rest, listen, and begin your own self-healing journey is the greatest gift you can offer yourself.

Also, please be aware that the studio is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only. If you or a loved one require a ground-level session space, please reach out prior to booking. I can sometimes accommodate an alternate location.

Complete and bring the Client Intake Form to your first appointment. Please be aware there is a credit card surcharge of 3%, however cash and other fee-free payments are welcome.
